Tonight at 7PM MST I’ll be at The Poisoned Pen Bookstore in Scottsdale discussing CAT ON A HOT TIN WOOF, Chet and Bernie, and mystery fiction with bookstore legend Barbara Peters. Streamed on several platforms from the Poisoned Pen site.
Should be a pleasant time to visit Arizona. Hopefully not too hot yet, but a nice change from the North East. Haven’t had a weather report from WTAFP lately. It’s mid April. Is there still snow?
What a night! What a night! But, the morning, oh the morning? We woke up to Beau fishing us out of the vat o’ beer with the pool cleaner we gave Friend for Christmas and flinging us right into Remedial Bible Study.
SNEEEZE!….Doze Thieves are such a pain….cough!….Do dey care how hard it was for meez to fish dem outta dat pool?…wheeze! …I do doubt it…Sneeze!…Give meez strength!…gasp!

I’m going to my GRITS (Girls Raised In The South) potluck tonight. If I’m not home in time to live stream Pete’s book signing, can I stream it at a later time? I hope so!
I’ve been advised my copy of COAHTR will have a tardy, but sure arrival. No matter. Anticipation is half the pleasure!

After a few balmy 70 degree days, it is currently snowing! Jeepers!
Thieves!….I woke up in the Vat O’ Beer beside youse but Beau did not fishy me out….grunt!….I had to clammer to the edge and work my way down that ladder….wheeze!….I am totally beer-logged and hanging out under the big bed till bed time…gurgle!….But the cake was good and the hot wings were excellently hot and watching Maury come out of that big cake was priceless….chorkel! burp!
Sneeze!….Ya I am here. An I have a bone ta pick wiff dat Mama-Mia Luna….grunt!…So meez need an appointmental with dat gal ta discuss her beloves dose Thieves……cough!wheeze!

Trust us, you got off early. Beer-logged and the begats in the Bible are strange bed fellows. Worth it, but strange.
