  1. Mom finished Mrs Plansky Goes Rogue last night. She spent the last couple of days reading in her spare time and has missed the news on the blog.
First, and most important….Reba, so very sad for you and your Huny Punkin. Mom went through the same with Dad now 11 years ago. Hospice caretakers are the very best. And, like ML says, you will be front and center with love for him. Blog hugs to both of you❤️
Next….love the shirt, Pete!!! Mom can’t wait until Monday and Murder by the Book in Houston. She always thinks she’ll have lots to say but then gets shy and just listens. But she does look forward to the hug she always gets from OFA.
Hopefully, she will get to view the YouTube video of the Poisoned Pen event.

  2. The only way I could see the video was to download it but it worked. Nice music too.

So, a day off today. May I assume travel to Florida with a day off for sightseeing or catching up with old friends at old haunts? Never mentioned but if you did free diving in the Bahamas I suspect you spent some time in Florida too. I know Arizona is a favorite spot, even during the hottest times of the year. There are some other gaps in the schedule (which I consider kinda grueling, having to travel every day) and I can’t help but wonder if it is for some relaxation in some favorite parts of the country. I can’t see you flying home for one day just to fly to the next stop on the tour. Would you stay an extra day in Georgia before flying out or fly in to Texas a day early? With the last two stops in Massachusetts I’m sure you’re going home for Saturday and Sunday.

If I had to do a schedule like that I would pad it with days off to just go out and see the sights of all of those different cities. All cities have places of interest, not particularly touristy but part of local history or just plain beautiful places to sit and enjoy. Not only am I a museum junkie but I also like parks. I also like historic buildings and every city and town seems to have a historic center where there is interesting architecture reflecting the city’s origins.

Travel takes a lot out of me. The last time I was in Europe, I planned for stops for 3-5 days each as I just can’t do those different day a different city any more.

  3. Big Tiny: We are all so jealous of your mom. But an important question first re Mrs. Plansky Goes Rogue. Not looking for any spoilers but how was page 69? Inquiring minds want to know.

  4. WTAFP, mom missed the link to the page 69 discussion (one of those days, sigh) but just now tried to go back and see what it claimed. Link no longer works. However, she did go back to page 69 of MrsP Goes Rogue. Pretty important part of the side story in the book. 📖

    1. My link didn’t work either but when I hit “home” it led me to the home page of the blog and that entry was there so I clicked on it.
