Happy Mother’s Day

Sunday is normally for beginnings, where we take a look at the start of a Peter Abrahams novel, including those written under the Spencer Quinn moniker™. BUT today is Mother’s Day! My own mom taught me a lot of what I know about writing. She died before I became a professional writer, an unhappy fact but one she would have appreciated from a storytelling perspective. Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there! Here’s a little quote from Down the Rabbit Hole, first in my Echo Falls mystery series. (Middle-grade but adults with fake ID can read it.)

“Mom had the kind of love for her that you could feel, like it was part of the atmosphere.”

  1. Yesterday was Dog Mom day so a belated to those.

There is apparently no official Cat Mom day but then, every day is Cat Mom day. Perhaps someone should start one.
