Happy Mother's Day - Peter Abrahams

Sunday is normally for beginnings, where we take a look at the start of a Peter Abrahams novel, including those written under the Spencer Quinn moniker™. BUT today is Mother’s Day! My own mom taught me a lot of what I know about writing. She died before I became a professional writer, an unhappy fact but one she would have appreciated from a storytelling perspective.
