Yes! I mentioned the audio books and that the covers were different from the books. I like that about them. I mentioned this cover specifically because the book has the Christmas tree and this one has the Menorah. It’s never mentioned but I’ve always wondered if Bernie was Jewish.
Thereby Hangs a Tail has different cover art for the paperback showing Bernie in a Hawaiian shirt.
There is also a hard cover book illustration that is totally difference, showing a regular GSD with no white ear on an orange background. Don’t know if they are redoing the covers for reissue or that one is from another country.
The cover art for other countries is fun too. Japan has Manga-like cartoon drawings and Germany uses a black lab puppy with a white tipped ear. I suppose it could be a black GSD puppy since their ears don’t prick up until they are 8 months to over a year old and when they are puppies their snouts are all pretty short.
