RiO: Nothing is nefarious is happening with your Slim Jims. In fact, we also scored a pallet of pug-flavored audacity for you to use in a future mission. Audacity was practically falling off truck once we started chasing them, opening the lash and throwing it out of the back of the truck.
Smell!….I’m smelling Mendacity above Audacity. Maybe it’s because of the title of the new book. Kat On a Hot Tin Woof I’m thinking about! ….snort! ….But the audacity of the mendacity the Thieves throw around is quite impressive at times….heh!heh!

Does everyone have their leashes ready? Saturday is the San Diego Humane Society’s Walk for the Animals. Now you don’t have to walk tomorrow, you don’t have to have anything to walk, like a dog, cat, horse. You can carry a fishbowl if you want. And you don’t have to come to San Diego to walk. Do what you want, where you want, with whatever you want for as long as you want.

And a big thanks to WTAFP for the kind donation. I know he is probably on the mailing list so don’t have to keep him informed. Today got an e-mail from SDHumane that they are in the middle of a big rescue of cats, horses, dogs and assorted farm animals. Not sure what it is about but I haven’t heard of any fires or floods locally. Doesn’t mean that isn’t what is involved. Could be a sadder situation. But rest assured, they couldn’t find a better place to be rescued by than SDHumane. They do wonderful work.
I’m still pretty busy. Right now it is fixing my washing machine. Then I need to take a dresser mirror to a shop to be mended, take all of my recycling to the center and I have a pile of stuff on the sewing machine to sew. Whoever said I would be busier after I retired than when I was working was right. For anyone here that isn’t retired yet, you have been warned.
