I saw him play up close in a club when he was at the height of his powers. Unforgettable.

  1. I totally get that. There is nothing like a live performance.

    I once saw Leonard Nimoy in The Man in the Glass Booth live at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego. The room was electric. There was something magical during the performance. Something that just doesn’t exist when you watch TV or go to the movies, listen to a record, CD or the radio. It cannot be explained It is just, different. Not just acoustics. There is a magic to being in the same room as a human being engaged in performing the mastery of their art. It cannot be duplicated.
