As some of you know, Bernie likes Hawaiian shirts. (Let’s not get into his disastrous marketing venture with Hawaiian pants for now.) Reader Melody informs us that products such as the one seen here are available. Suppose Bernie happened to wear one? And Chet noticed? Yikes. Bernie would never buy such a shirt. But if some well-meaning but clueless person were to gift him with one, I am sure he would wear it once, but with profuse apologies and Slim Jims to Chet until he could remove it without insulting the giver.
Today is National Dog Parent Appreciation Day. So everyone…go out and appreciate.
