Breakfast

MLaiuppa asks about my typical breakfast. Good question! It’s always the same and happens mid-morning, after coffee and a workout – bike ride (not far, 10 miles or so), or the gym (lifting only), or tennis (usually doubles). The point: by then I’m starving.

Menu:

  1. Sardine and tomato sandwich on toasted Dave’s bread.
  2. Apple (Pink Lady, Cosmic Crisp, or Macoun) with cheddar.
  3. Yogurt with bananas, blueberries, strawberries.
  4. 3 little squares of 70% or so chocolate with green tea.
